Medisa Novin Payesh Company, one of the subsidiaries of KMT Group arranged free screenings and also education for diabetes and non-communicable diseases titled “heavenly hands” volunteer plan on the occasion of health week, regarding the slogan of World Health Organization (WHO), “Defeat against Diabetes”. This program was held on Thursday 28th of May 2016, from 7 a.m to 4 p.m, simultaneously in 77 crowded subway stations of Tehran with the cooperation of Health Department of Municipality of Tehran, Department of Social and Cultural Affairs Company of subway, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and also with the attendance of more than 600 volunteer students of Medical Sciences fields. Making health management culture, improving self care and paying attention to individual health among the public was the goal of this program.
